Emily and Paul have had an enormous impact on my practice and on my life over the last 18 months. They have helped me to grow my practice from one room to four, recruit clinicians dedicated to my vision from across the world, and step back from clinical work to concentrate on my business, my sanity, and my family. I love being in the Inner Circle! It is an incredibly trusting and vulnerable space, but still with oodles of drive and determination among its members. I have learned so much from each of the other members and from having regular coaching with Emily and Paul, in combination with the quarterly mastermind sessions on leadership. The academic side of it is fascinating but really means nothing without the real-world implementation and experiences of the Inner Circle members. Emily has helped me recruit two amazing clinical team members, and two further receptionists, so that now I have the right building blocks from which to shoot for the stars.
